About Us

Remote Drilling Services (RDS) is a professional, well-equipped and highly mobile core drilling company. It is run by seasoned exploration geologists with extensive experience in field exploration and management of drill contractors. Operations have been undertaken in highly remote areas throughout southern and central Africa.

RDS is well placed to understand what geoscientists require for successful drill programmes as RDS’ geological knowledge of mineral deposits and associated host-rocks, integrated with the drill team's technical knowledge, offers a formidable combination in both assessing and solving the technical challenges involved in managing drill programmes.

Projects are serviced from bases in South Africa, Botswana and the Democratic Republic of Congo, enabling the support of operations in remote locations.
