Remote Exploration Services is committed to the implementation of Employment Equity.  The business philosophy is to create the opportunity and the environment for likeminded individuals to work together.

Key commitment is the development of our existing business and staff and through the prioritisation of staff recruitment from universities and higher education institutions not historically targeted by RES, to more closely mirror the demographics of our country.

Advancement of appropriate skills is offered based on commitment, drive and initiative of each individual, thereby creating equal opportunity, reward and recognition for all staff.  

Current objectives include the continuation of transformation through awareness while complying with EE legislation, as well as identifying new initiatives through the continuing relationships with higher education institutions to provide opportunities for new and upcoming qualified geologists and other professional individuals from previously disadvantaged backgrounds.
