The team

Extensive Experience

RES has over the years assembled an experienced team of geoscientists and operations personnel to manage all aspects of mineral exploration for a wide range of mineral commodities. The company recognises that technical proficiency is critical to exploration success and its team has over 100 years of combined technical expertise.

To ensure that RES stays at the forefront of technical developments, it has set up an internal Research and Development initiative and consult industry leaders including Dr Branko Corner, Dr Herb Helmsteadt, Dr Peter Hildebrand, Dr John Moore and Dr Lawrie Minter.

The company’s emphasis is on a team of self-motivated, accountable and personally responsible individuals. Its commitment is to an environment that requires and empowers people to take personal responsibility for their development, roles and interactions.

The team is highly self-motivated to drive their own personal development within the RES structure to achieve their maximal potential and those of the MS Group.
